Our Performance Company is designed for dancers seeking a high-level, competitive experience and a full-time commitment.

Important Mandatory Dates

Company Auditions: Thursday, May 21st

  • 5:00pm-6:30pm 4th-8th grade

  • 6:30pm-8:30pm 8th-12th grade

Summer Training: 4-week Center Stage Summer Session (June). Dancers must take all disciplines they wish to perform in for the upcoming season

Bootcamp: August 1–3

Nutcracker: Auditions: October. Performances: Early December.

Choreography: All weekends in August & September (excluding Labor Day weekend) must be kept open. If a dancer misses choreography for a group, they may not be placed in that group (unless approved by staff)

Weekly Class Requirements

The weekly class schedule does not include rehearsals.
Small Group Rehearsals (4–9 dancers):
30 minutes weekly
Large Groups Rehearsals (10+ dancers):
45 minutes weekly

  • Groups: Eligible for 3–4 dances

    Weekly Class Schedule:

    • 2 Ballet Classes (1 hr each)

    • 1 hr Modern

    • 45 min Jazz

    • 45 min Tap

    • 45 min Lyrical/Contemporary

    • 45 min Hip Hop

    • Strongly Recommended: Acro & *Skills

    *Skills: Focuses on improving dance skills, such as turns, leaps, and legs. Additionally, dancers will be challenged with various strengthening and flexibility exercises.

  • Groups: Eligible for up to 6 dances

    Weekly Class Schedule

    • 2 Ballet Classes (1.5 hr each)

    • 1.5 hr Modern

    • 1 hr Jazz

    • 1 hr Tap

    • 1 hr Lyrical/Contemporary

    • 1 hr Hip Hop

    • Strongly Recommended: Acro & *Skills
